Periwinkle / Cornflower Blue Floral Wrap Dress w/ flutter sleeves.

I purchased this dress in store to wear at an event but I went with a different dress.
Size is S, but its quite adjustable due to it being an open wrap dress.
Attached waist ribbon straps are long enough to tie in the front, back or side. V-shaped neckline, short flutter sleeves. It falls just above the knee w/ a slight Hi-Lo effect.
It is 39" from the back neckline to the bottom hem.
It's a very pleasing color- not super bright and loud- it's more cool and subdued which I find attractively calming. It has a cornflower/periwinkle feel to it. (I'll try to get an exact name of the color to add bc I screen variations can affect the way it looks)
Retail $138, I think I bought on sale for $89.
