Based on the 2001 LEVEL-7 E.C.W.C.S PRIMALOFT JACKET, this jacket is made by B.A.F (Brooklyn Armed Forces Inc.) in the USA, using the same outer shell (MILLIKEN TM), padding (PRIMMLOFT®︎), and accessories as the original, and is manufactured by a contractor that actually supplies the US military.
The inner lining uses PrimaLoft, a high-tech material that uses polyester developed by ALBANY as padding for US Army sleeping bags, which is about eight times warmer than down.
