This is a white Ellgreave & Wood and Sons teapot with a white and yellow flower design with gold trm. Ellgreave is a Wood and Sons Company. The teapot has a ridged shape with a gold spout and handle and gold trim.
It measures 5.00 inches across and is 4 1/8 inches tall at the rim. It is 5.25 inches to the top of the handle. The teapot is 8.00 inches from handle to spout.
It is white and ridged with a flat center band. In additiona to the floral design on the front and back-there is a smaller floral design, a gold chain design and some cfompletely different flowers on the lid. The lid fits perfectly and lines up with the ridges in the teapot.
There is some minor gold loss on the teapot rim and on a spot on the handle, but no chips, cracks, or other damage. It is marked as shown. The bottom has just started to craze a tiny bit as shown, but it still holds water.
