This product functions without problems for recording and playback.
However, noise is always present during playback, and sometimes the image does not display at all.
I do not have a cleaning tape, so head cleaning has not been performed, but I believe the issue is mechanical, and cleaning may not improve it.
The recording and playback operations themselves are smooth.
Please consider this item as requiring repair in its current state.
