Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer, specifically the TAT-5000 model. It's used to measure body temperature by scanning the forehead over the temporal artery. Unit is fully inspected and operational can change to Fahrenheit or Celsius clean probe sensor with a current swab or otherwise known as a Q-tip and use premium batteries of 9 V not included.
