| The EPS-2XPB-SG-600V-LKC from Larson Electronics is a 600V Explosion Proof Push Button Stop/Start Switch that is Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 and Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 rated for hazardous locations. This explosion proof switch provides manual starting and stopping of small AC and DC motors. Operators may access two stainless steel lockouts for the push buttons. The EPS-2XPB-SG-600V-LKC Explosion Proof Stop/Start Push Button Switch is built to be heavy duty, has a 600V rating and an inrush amp level of 12 amps. The switch is enclosed in a cast iron device box and the faceplate has smooth, double flanges that mate both to the cover and the mounting enclosure to provide flame tight joints. The screws consist of stainless steel hex head screws and attach the cover to the mounting enclosure. The side rocker arm push button has lockout holes, and the switches are supplied with an internal ground screw. The two push buttons are equipped with stainless steel lockouts. When in use, the accessory keeps the push buttons in a depressed position. A chain connects the mushroom bar and the bracket together. The EPS-2XPB-SG-600V-LKC housing is made out of a malleable iron body with a cast copper free aluminum alloy cover, and is epoxy powder coated for a natural finish. This switch is in compliance with UL 1203 and is rated for Class I Divisions 1 & 2 Groups C & D, Class I Zones 1 & 2 Groups IIA, Class II Divisions 1 & 2 Groups E, F & G, and Class III Divisions 1 & 2. |
