Condition as shown. You get the frame and the fork and also the quill stem. The stem moves side to side when loosened but I haven't been able to pull it out. It may need some oil. As shown, the paint does show chipping. Please refer to the pics. I'm only asking $450 or best offer. If you're interested in buying the frame please do so or make an offer.
