Fatal Frame II: The Crimson Butterfly Director's Cut for the Microsoft Xbox, released in 2004 by Tecmo. Horror genre, cult classic (or whatever the video game equivalent term is.)
Case is in good shape. No stickers or tape, and still snaps closed securely. However, there are some scuffs, wrinkles, and hairline scratches in the plastic protector. No outright tears. The manual is *not* included. There are some slight imperfections on the disc surface, but it has been played recently without issue and remained in the case since.
The game will be shipped in a box, not a bubble mailer. While this will increase the shipping price by ~one dollar, I believe it's well worth it given the game's rarity and value.
