Brand new never used (NO BOX)The F. Dick 1 lb. Kitchen Cleaver is also known as a Meat Cleaver. Great to use to chop through the cartilage of bones in poultry, as well as other slabs of meat. The smallest of the Friedrich Dick Forged Cleavers. For a cleaver this blade has a very good bevel set out of the factory so if resharpening or honing is needed it is easy to do with this cleaver. Comfortable grip with smooth edges. Hand sharpened by F. Dick Factory. Forged stainless steel. I bought this used and never ever used it. There’s no box with it. What you see is what you will get so don’t be surprised. There might be a scuff or two just from shelfware other than that it is brand new.
