Fighting Demons

I was inspired in making this painting by looking at Basquiat artwork and decided to make something in that nature so it symbolizes that we all have inner demons and this can be a image of us in the mirror. Often times we don’t see this image on the surface be can feel it when our negative emotions get involved we can also have the negative thoughts as well so we have to be mindful of the how we behave and think I would recommend shadow work, sitting back and being silent and breathing in and out to calm our thoughts and feelings if we ever get angry. we all have demons inside us some are bigger than the next some we can let control us but we must overpower these powerful entities.
