Cancellations are not accepted for reasons such as accidental purchases.
There are too many unreasonable people.
They don't read the product description, can't use polite language, constantly urge for shipment, bombard with questions after purchase, and otherwise make transactions difficult.
They often modify things to their advantage and leave negative feedback, so if you seem to fall into the above categories, I will cancel the order.

Functionality is checked by briefly testing startup, charging, touch panel, camera, volume buttons, and power button.

For batteries, I display the battery level if the device allows it.
If there is a discrepancy between the device display and the actual battery, it is a design issue of the manufacturer, so please contact the manufacturer.
I cannot provide a battery warranty for devices that do not display the battery level.

To prevent pranks, harassment, and fraudulent returns,
