This is a first day of issue, the world of dinosaurs grand junction company golden stamp (MAY 1st 1997) of the postal commemorative society of the Daspletosaurus, a terrifying predator of the T-Rex family, who Roamed through the North American territory and was swift strong and fierce. Towering over 15ft this beast was a Giant. The name "Daspletosaurus" means 'frightful lizard' in Greek. The species name torosus is Latin for 'muscular'.
The stamp has corner protectors and is inlayed on top of a felt soft fabric (red). The letter remains sealed and it's contents brand new. The outside letter is in great condition along with the envelope. The stamp is in excellent condition and is an amazing addition to any dinosaur collection.
