This toy is not really used at all, I attached it to the stroller a couple of times but my baby liked his other toys better so we ended up not using this. Appropriate for Age: Newborn+. Smoke-free home.
**Full disclosure, this works, but -- when you pull down on it, it never really seems to fully go all the way back up. It never had any damage to it, so I'm not sure if that's just how these are, or if this one is slightly defective. It is still fun for baby, something just seems "off" to me. I tried to post a video but it won't let me.
