They are very stretchy but I have the unstreched measurements posted in the images

I would say best for someone size 6 or smaller & for someone with an inseam of 30” or shorter
(My preferred inseam is 32” and when tried on I did feel that extra pull which is why I am selling. I wear jeans size 8 & 10 in Cotton On Jeans and these leggings were just a bit tight for prolonged wear.)
These are unbranded but I have another pair new in bag by MyFleecies for sale too. I bought two different lengths (regular and tall and only tried on the tall which felt perfect so I didn’t even try on the regular.)
