This is a DOL-001(JPN) Japanese console with Flippy Drive installed.
You can play USA or JPN discs - just hold the X Button on controller when booting and select boot from disc.
Without Flippy Drive it will only play JPN discs

NO GAMES ARE INSTALLED ON THE CARD OR INCLUDED. Backup your games to the Flippy Drive, or load from computer. 2nd photo shows Cubeboot which will show your games, but it's empty now.
If you load from computer, you'll need to open the console with a Gamebit screwdriver, take out the SD card, drag and drop your ISO files to the root of the SD card, and reinstall in the console. When you boot up, your games will be displayed in Cubeboot loader. The 2nd photo shows the empty Cubeboot loader.
