In the 'Roots' collection, we delve into the cultural and natural essence of Brazil, exploring what makes each region unique. Following the 'Pindorama' collection, which celebrated Brazilian geography, 'Roots' goes further by collaborating with regional architects to reveal what defines each corner of the country. We begin with 'Roots of the South', in partnership with architect Jeferson Branco. Inspired by the deep relationship of the Southern region with water, Jeferson translates the connection of the southerner with the sea, rivers, and fishing traditions into design. The vast coastline and waterways, such as the Rio Guaba and Lagoa dos Patos, shape local culture and economy, reflected in fluid forms and organic textures. Each piece brings the movement of waves, the tranquility of lagoons, and the power of rivers, celebrating the nature and culture of southern Brazil in details of contemporary and authentic design.
