This is a gently used Oura ring- maybe used it for a total of 4 or so months on and off. Ultimately I found myself not checking the app enough to justify my use of it.
It has tiny, tiny blemishes that are so miniscule they don't even show up in pictures, but they are from regular wear, just small little scratches on the top edges.
If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to the new Gen 4, I think this one does pretty well. It can track heart rate, sleep oxygen rates, step counting, body temperature, menstruation cycles, sleep, and even potentially predict illness.
It will come with the box, charger, and included guides and papers. found the charging cable, it's never been taken out of the container so it's in brand new condition
