This is a Globe-Trotter mini utility case purchased in 2010 at the Isetan Shinjuku store.
I think it would look great with both Western and Japanese clothing.
I tried to purchase a strap at the Globe-Trotter store in Shinjuku Isetan, but they said they couldn't sell me one because this product is sold without a strap. I used it with a strap I purchased at Tokyu Hands.
This is a rare item that is now discontinued.
