These are from an April Fools PR stunt from Google in 2011. They released a YouTube video promoting a better/faster Chrome browsing experience featuring these finger sweatbands. For a brief amount of time you could order them, and I think the people who did, were pleasantly surprised when they actually showed up in the mail. I'm sure I was, if only I could remember back that far.
