In perfect condition, no rips and no stains, never worn/used. Pants contain two front buttons as well as zipper, all work perfectly. Two back pockets/buttons, back pockets do not open, simply for decoration/aesthetic. Front leg pocket/zipper does zip open but zipper pocket does not open, also for decoration/aesthetic. Buttoned pockets below zipper pockets do open. Pants are non-stretch. Estimated Measurements are below.
