This #7 GRISWOLD LARGE BLOCK/Logo Cast Iron Round Griddle (P/N 607) was manufactured between 1925 and 1940 by the Griswold Manufacturing Co. in Erie, Pennsylvania.
This is a family heirloom, I don’t really want to sell it but I need money and am running out of room.
The cook surface is smooth except for slight blemishing and utensil marks. The top cook surface measures about 8” in diameter and the underside measures about 8-5/8” in diameter excluding the handle. It weighs about 1.4 pounds.
This ready to use griddle has been restored and seasoned with vegetable oil leaving it with a dark satin finish. It is not cracked, warped or pitted and it sits completely flat on a glass top cook surface.
