This shirt has a scrunch on the sides. The guess is negative space and is just the shirt, not sequined designed or anything.
This shirt also runs one size smaller. It's a large, but it fits if you're on the smaller side of large or a medium. But I technically have to put it as a Large since in theory...that is what it is.
