I don't often get a chance to make jewelry there days. I work way too much. But I finally finished this one & I'm so proud of it!

I made it in the style of Native American treasure bead necklaces that I absolutely love, but used some materials that would make it clear that this is an inspired piece rather than pretend it's a real native piece.

But I did use a ton of beautiful & unusual vintage beads - Some quite valuable

Materials include: shell, real turquoise, pipestone, coral (blue, red, & orange), African trade beads, terra cotta, nuts/seeds, vertebrae, aventurine, various metals, sodalite, bone, malachite, abalone, crinoid fossil (from my yard!), fw pearl, spiny oyster shell, chrysocholla, mother of pearl, antique Venetian glass, rose quartz, lapis lazuli, horn, howlite, porcelain, & garnet
