Regarding the condition, there are some scuffs from wear, but they are the kind you'd get from just going out for a bit!
The leather still has a nice sheen and looks very clean!
Regarding the fit, I usually wear a 27cm in Nike Air Force 1s, and these boots fit perfectly in this size as well.
