Signed deed from the register of the land office dated 1837 from the presidency of Martin Van Buren.
This is an original document obviously there's some age spotting and some creases where it was folded.
My research has shown that Martin Van Buren's son actually signed these documents during the time frame indicated.
I have seen a similar document in an online auction selling for $300+.
