We bought this a few years ago intending to upgrade our thermostat before travelling last year. We didn't travel last year. Enough said there. We attempted to install it ourselves this year without success after our old thermostat began slowly dying. After disassembling our old thermostat we had no choice but to call an HVAC company. We were told by the HVAC company that we would be charged three times as much to have it installed than if they installed their own unit. We opted to go the cheaper route due to our boiling system repair already hitting highway robbery levels.
I say all that to say it works perfectly fine and has never been used. We attempted to install it ourselves and didn't have any success due to our wiring so it has never been connected.
New in the box with new screws and anchors
Only signs of any use is on the wall plate that we attempted to install.
