HP Laptop – Intel Core i5
HP laptop that powers on and reaches the Windows sign-in screen. It was recently reset and may need additional setup or troubleshooting to complete Windows configuration.
As I mentioned the laptop was working perfectly fine prior to the reset. It does turn on and function, but after the reset it gets stuck during the loading process (Please Wait). This could be a setup, software, or connection issue (possibly WiFi).
The laptop is approximately 8 years old, and I no longer have the original listing or model details available since I deleted the picture on accident :(
Sold as-is. Best for someone comfortable with tech setup, repair, or for parts.
