The integration of the IH-304 into your industrial environment is seamless: the device in a top-hat rail housing is to be mounted on a rail (according to DIN EN 60715; 35 mm wide). This makes installing the IH-304 in a control cabinet or server rack really easy. The robust design of the IH-304 guarantees a long life and maximized failure-free availability in your industrial environment. The parallel connection to two power supplies makes the IH-304 reliable and highly available. As a standard USB hub the IH-304 does not need special software (plug&play). The integrated overvoltage protection safely guards the connected USB devices against too high voltages (e.g. from faulty power supplies, lightning strikes or switching operations).

The industrial USB Deviceserver INU-100 embeds USB devices into TCP/IP networks in industrial environments. Almost every USB device can be used flexibly and independent of location with the INU-100 just as your individual environment requires it. If you connect the IH-304 to a USB port of the INU-100, you cost-effectively expand the number of USB devices which can be connected. The expansion is easy and fast as IH-304 and INU-100 complement each other perfectly!
