Hello this is a beautiful vintage piece that is in brand new condition from the Jay King mines collection and it’s crafted from 100% solid sterling silver stamped and tested and has a 100% genuine earth mind non-treated turquoise big gemstone. It is a size 8, but can be adjusted by any jeweler to the size you would prefer. If purchased before 3 PM, I’ll do my best to ship same day.
