This is in good condition stored in a smoke free home This coat is nice quality has no flaws on the outside but on the inside in the last three pictures the armpit on one side is a little rip and right below the collar still is a nice coat with alot of life left in it probably easy fixes but im not a sewer ... measures 26" long and 21" armpit to armpit has two front pockets and one inside zips then snaps shut
