Vintage Jeannette Glass marigold serving bowl with a ruffled edge. This bowl has iris and herringbone pattern on the outside. The iridescent color would make this an a great accent piece.
Vintage Console/Fruit Bowl, 'Iris/Herringbone' Pattern, Marigold Orange, Iridescent Glass, Jeannette Glass Co, 1950s, very good Condition. This vintage Iris or Herringbone pattern, in Marigold Orange glass, made by Jeannette Glass Co., was introduced in the 1950s and produced into the 1970s. The diameter at the base of the bowl is 3 3/4"; its diameter at the rim is 11 1/2" and it sits 3" tall. The pattern consists of raised iris stems and blooms set against a herringbone background on the outside of the bowl. Its rim has a ruffle, i.e. wavy, design. Iris is one of the most popular patterns produced by Jeannette Glass.
