The Larson Electronics EXP-MTR-1P-208-1HP-1.8K-56 Explosion Proof Motor is recommended for use in Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 Groups C, D and Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 Groups E, F, G rated work sites. The 1 HP unit is compatible with 208V AC single phase 60 Hz and offers 6.993 FLA. This Class F insulation rated explosion proof motor features a NEMA 56 motor and can be installed with industrial systems via an intregrated mounting foot.
The EXP-MTR-1P-208-1HP-1.8K-56 is a fractional explosion proof motor for flammable work sites. This thermally protected unit operates with 208V AC single phase 60 Hz. The 1 HP motor offers 6.993 full-load amps and 4.662 amps of no-load current. Capable of generating 1,725 RPM, the unit provides 3 lbs. ft. of torque, with 230% locked rotor torque and 270% break down torque. This motor is totally enclosed and fan-cooled (TEFC).
The IP55-rated explosion proof motor features an ambient temperature rating of 50°C. Equipped with aluminum endshields, this unit is protected by a NEMA 56 motor frame and features Class F insulation, with 1.0 service factor.

The EXP-MTR-1P-208-1HP-1.8K-56 comes with 24" of +2/-0 leads for electrical connections and an unassembled aluminum conduit box.
