Lean Management 50-50-20

We have experienced that with an averaged 50% reduction in lead time that our teams were able to increase productivity by an average of 50% as well as reduce cost per unit by an average of 20%, hence the 50-50-20™ in the title. There are hundreds of books written on Lean tools and techniques. From a Lean perspective, adding one more to the list is Muda. This book, therefore, does not try to explain how to use Lean tools but instead demonstrates their successful application across products, processes and partners as experienced by Accuride Corporation. This book is technically advanced and details the journey of a manufacturing organization.
