LEGO DUPLO 10505 Playhouse - Unopened, Rare

LEGO Duplo 10505 Play House. Also known as the "Big House."

This is a rare item, featuring large blocks (roof parts) that are no longer commonly seen.
It's a discontinued product, making it a "rare item," and it's sold at a high price on other e-commerce sites.

I bought this a few years ago for my child and it's been stored in the closet ever since. It is "unopened."

There are marks from being pressed by other boxes (LEGO and Duplo) during storage.
There is also one crease.
