These plates were created by several different English potteries, most notably Enoch Wedgwood. These plates were created originally as a give-a-way in American grocery stores in the mid-1970s.
Liberty Blue was created for the American Bicentennial in 1976. They hold a bit of a nostalgic value.
I picked these up from an estate sale in my area. They have a like new appearance and happen to be in near mint condition.
