Groove x Jun Planning x Pullip x Little Dal Rot Chan Doll Figure. New in package. Never removed from box. This Little Dal figure was released in 2010 w/no plans to re-release her. She's one of the original Dal's & is highly sought after. Which explains it's high price on resale sites, hobby shops, etc (little Dal Rotchan is approx $100, up to $200).
