This pea coat is in good condition, has a spot on the collar that's very light, and currently needs to be dry cleaned. I've had success washing other pea coats, but I'm leaving this to the buyer, and the price will reflect that. A classic. Looks good worn oversized as well. L L Bean's Petite sizing is for heights 5'3 and under. Check their size charts if you're unsure of the fit. This one is a boxy style.
