Complete with two stainless steel return springs with dual wound ends for safety. Eliminates single hook ends opening up. When using a throttle stop, design allows cylinders to hang below and remain in line, eliminating typical top mount flopping. Adjustable spring tensioner. Throttle plate also drilled for scoop tray studs which are included.
