Although I have limited knowledge about the history of this item, the estate where purchased stated that these were hand machined by a gentlemen in Tucson. It is an interesting design, rollerball that can cap on both sides, both to close it and when writing. Please see photos for set up. It weighs about 2 ounces and feels weighty and nice to hold and write with.
Please note that there is some tarnishing and marks. I do not know how much ink is left but it is writing currently. These were stored for many years.
