10 0% cotton poplin; 100% poly lace trims. Center front placket opening. Bubble sleeves with elastic opening at sleeve hem. Back bodice has elastic at waist for ease. Separate self sash that ties at the waist. Only sleeves are lined in cotton voile. Sideseam pocket bags in self. Front bodice has waist darts for a more fitted look. Tiered skirt designed for a fit-and-flare look.
