Corpalium is a work based around the iris pallida, with the aim of exploiting the earthy and carnal facets of this root. The iris is presented in an equestrian setting, with sandy earth blowing in the wind, wooden structures, straw, and weathered leather objects. More acidic and fermentative facets such as dung and tobacco subtly add volume to the whole.
Facets: Earthy iris root. Leathery finish. Tobacco. A shade of acidity. Dry woods. Coolness of terpenes. Equine sensuality. Straw and dried leaves.
