Black, customizable felt peacoat from GUESS. It has a hood and you can unzip the front of the jacket to turn it into a felt peacoat without the hood that has buttons instead of zips. Men's size medium, worn about 10 times and still in great condition. No pilling and from a smoke-free home. Has large pockets (at least 4). It would probably fit like a women's large/x-large. Very stylish, the front is moto-jacket style, where the lapels are pointy and folded over.
