- Model 253 fan delay timer offers an adjustable "delay-off" function, with a time range of 12 to 390 seconds. The time can be adjusted through the knob. This delay function enables the fan to continue running after the heating or cooling cycle ends to clear the residual air in the pipes, thereby improving the system's operational efficiency and indoor comfort.
- Off delay timer relay must remain powered on before and throughout the delay period. If the power supply is interrupted, the load will immediately lose power, and the delay timing will automatically reset to zero to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
- When the activation contact re-closes during the delay period, the load remains powered on, and the delay timer is automatically reset and starts anew. Additionally, a 1-second "query delay" is provided, effectively preventing false actions caused by temperature regulator jitter or human interference.
- The load should be energized immediately when the starting contact is closed. The delay starts only after the contact is disconnected and the load is turned off after the preset time is over, achieving precise post-blowing control.
- The working voltage range is 18–30VAC (50/60Hz), and the rated current of the contacts is 1A. It is compatible with standard HVAC equipment, such as furnaces, air processors, and other fan motor applications.
