Comes with the box and instruction manual. Everything included is in the photos, you will need to provide your own cable for the GPU to motherboard.
Never overclocked. Only used it for about 2 months before I upgraded, and it has been stored since. Haven’t used it for a while but I feel I remember it averaging medium graphics with ~60 fps almost every game I played, (like ow, gtav, rdr2, days gone, etcetc). I also used it for VR on the Valve Index and it worked great and handled very well, however, you should look up stats and benchmark for this graphics card to ensure it will fit your needs.
