This is an Hermès tie.
It's an authentic item purchased at Isetan Urawa store, and I've included a picture of the receipt (personal information redacted).
Due to use, the brand tag on the back of the tie came off once, so I sewed it back on myself. Since I'm not a professional, it's a little crooked. It's currently securely attached, but one part of the tag's stitching is slightly loose. I will be sending it as is, without attempting to fix it further.
