I had this modem on the Comcast Business Program for only 4 months, Comcast upgraded business program to a bigger internet package. It was manitory to use Comcast Business Brand Modem only for the new internet packages.
Comcast Business modems was always slow to handle Alexa and other IOT's, it was the reason why I got a Netgear Cable Modem CM 1000 to handle Alexa and loads of IOT.
On my old Comcast Business Program, I was able to use my new Netgear CM 1000 Ultra High Speed Cable Modem CM 1000. It was a big difference in handling game streaming on Twitch, Fast uploads, can handle XBox Game Pass and family TV streams all at the same time.
I loved the Netgear CM 1000 modem but Comcast made us use their new Business modem.
(This modem can be use on Xfinity Comcast.)
