This is a New Nintendo 3DS LL in Metallic Black.
It is a complete set with all accessories.
As a bonus, I will include a USB charger.
As you can see in the photos, there is paint peeling mainly on the back of the main unit.
Also, the part that stores the stylus is a little loose.
