Comes with a charger from amazon but works perfectly fine.
3DS runs perfect all scratches seen are on the case with very few on the System itself.
Top Screen Has a small yellow line that is not noticeable while playing games but if you are on a white screen you can see it.
basically new and only used about 3-4 times.
Has Stylus and everything you can ask for.
