This Read 24 Row Maxi Pleater comes on a heavy duty stable base with anti skid rubber feet.
It has half cm spacing across the entire width of the roller. Half spaces can be used as guidelines when smocking and to improve holding difficult fabrics which tend to bubble.
The maxi can also be used as a regular pleater 24 needles
This pleater has a pin type roller holding system which allows for quick and easy needle access, so much easier than the old metal sliders at each end of the removable roller, being held in place by small screws.
There are extra large side plate openings allowing for large capacity of rolled fabric
Comfortable left and right handles allowing for maximum versatility.
Heavy duty solid brass rollers.
I am including a 40cm feed rod, a hand sewing needle selection and my hints and tips sheet for general pleating to get you started.
The pleater comes with instructions, 24 needles in place and a couple of spares with a needle threader
