It's from about 15 years ago, but I think it's in good condition.
There is a fold on the cover (photo 2).
The page with Ryusei Yokohama has been cut out, so it's missing.
There are also some missing pages before and after that one.
The staples that hold the magazine together have been removed.
It's not stapled, so it will come apart, but it's still bundled together, so you can still read it.
There is one page that is just a single sheet (photo 4).
